Please follow the steps below to connect your Card Reader:
Download the Box Office app in your device’s Apple App Store by searching GoFan Box Office For Schools. You can skip this step if you purchased your device from GoFan.
Log in to your Box Office account with your GoFan HQ credentials. Make sure your account has Box Office permissions. Please see Accessing Box Office for more information.
Once logged in, you will land on the Reader screen.
Press the power button on the side of the card reader. The lights above the power button will flash green. This indicates it's ready to connect.
On the Box Office app, click the Connect Reader button, and the reader will populate on your device. Then select the reader to connect.
Once your card reader is connected, you can click on the New Sale button to access your events and start selling to your fans.
