Purchasing GoFan Box Office and Self-Checkout Signs

GoFan offers Box Office and Self-Checkout Signs to supplement your digital ticketing strategy at your school. GoFan Box Office is our Point-of-Sale (POS) system that allows schools to accept credit card payments on-site at an event. Tickets purchased via GoFan Box Office will be reflected on your event report, and you will receive payment on those tickets along with all other purchased tickets.

Schools have two options for buying and using GoFan Box Office: Purchasing a Card Reader Only or Purchasing a Box Office Kit.

 

1. Purchasing a Card Reader Only

To use GoFan Box Office, you must leverage a GoFan card reader. If you purchase a card reader only, an Apple iOS, such as an iPad or iPhone, will still need to be used with the card reader. 2. Purchasing a Box Office Kit

The Box Office Kit includes an iPad, a Card Reader, and charging materials. You will also receive 6 Self-Checkout Signs. If you select the Box Office kit, you will have all the equipment needed to use Box Office at your events. Please note that we offer Verizon or AT&T LTE services for your location's connection preference. Select the option that works best for you at checkout.

Self-Checkout Signs

GoFan Self-Checkout Signs include a QR code to direct fans to your school's GoFan page. Self-checkout signs can be placed near event entrances to encourage fans to purchase tickets digitally before arriving at the gate.
