In GoFanHQ, you can easily manage the ticket availability and total capacity of your event.
Follow the steps below to do this-
1) From the individual event page, click on the ‘Tickets’ Section located on the left-hand side.
2) Hover over the top-right corner of the ticket until a Pencil Symbol appears and click on it.
3) On the Ticket Setup page, click on ‘Total tickets available for this event’ and add the allotted number of tickets necessary.
3.1) (If necessary, add the allotment to each ticket by clicking on each individual ticket type.)
3.2) (If necessary, you can edit the ticket distribution among schools by toggling on the 'Split ticket between schools')
4) Click Save and you have now updated the total capacity for your event.
