Who is an Attendee?

An attendee refers to anyone who has a ticket to your event, whether the event has happened yet or not, and whether or not they purchased a ticket, claimed a free ticket, or have been refunded or comped.

How to View Attendees

To view details on all of your attendees, navigate to the PlayOn HQ Dashboard and click on the event.
