Experiencing issues accessing GoFan HQ or just a blank white page displays? Often clearing your browser cookies associated to HQ will correct that problem.
Google Chrome
- In Google Chrome, click on the stacked three dots in the top-right corner of the browser
- Click on "Settings"
- Scroll down until you see the "Site Settings"
- Click the link for "View permissions and data stored across sites"
- Use the search option and type "hq" (in lower case)
- Select the stacked three dots beside the result for HQ and select "Clear Data"
- Restart Google Chrome
