Box Office - My iPad/Card Reader Won't Charge
If your iPad or card reader isn't charging, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
- Try another Apple charging cable for the Box Office Devices
- Only use the charging cable that came with the Card Reader
- Attempt to charge devices in another outlet
- If the iPad isn't holding a charge, confirm the brightness is turned down within the iPad Settings
- If another device is needed, please navigate to our Shopify page.
