Redemption Process:
- Download Manage Attendees from HQ to manually check-in your fans.
- Navigate to the event from your HQ Dashboard.
- Select "Manage Attendees" from the Quick Actions menu.
- Select "Download Attendees" to export the Manage Attendees Report into an Excel spreadsheet.
- Access Mobile HQ via a mobile web browser to redeem tickets by searching for the fan's email.
Purchasing at the Door:
Box Office allows you to purchase via credit card.
- Connect your Box Office device to an available WiFi network in order to accept payment at the door.
- Select the Settings
app and navigate to the WiFi settings.
- Toggle on the WiFi option.
- Select a secure WiFi network.
