Mobile HQ: How to Redeem Tickets for Fans

Redeeming tickets for fans allows schools to grant entry when their fan(s) cannot find their tickets. These ticket issues arise when purchased tickets have been sent to the wrong email address, an email address may not be remembered, or the tickets simply did not appear in their inbox.

Luckily, GoFan Mobile HQ allows you to redeem and unredeem tickets right on your phone!

 

Note that the redemption must occur within the allotted time for ticket redemption.

For example: If an event is set to start at 7:00 PM and your Ticket Redemption Window is set at 4 hours, you are able to redeem tickets from 3:00 PM until the closing time of the event. If there is no Redemption Window time set, they can be redeemed at any time. 

 

To redeem/unredeem tickets using GoFan Mobile HQ, view the following steps:

1) Select ‘Today’s Events or Current Events’ on the first page of opening Mobile HQ.

2) Click on the down arrow to view the event.

3) From the events view, click on the "person" icon at the bottom of the screen.

4) Enter the email address of the person whose tickets you would like to redeem. 

5) Choose either ‘Use All Tickets’ or simply redeem any number of tickets.

6) You have now redeemed tickets for your fans.
