Box Office requires access to port 63357

If you get the following error, below are the required ports to allow the Box Office app through firewalls:

1. First, make sure that port 63357 is open 
2. The URL that uses the port is https://tms.bbpos.com:63357 and https://boxoffice-check.gofan.co/ 
3. If you are still experiencing issues, make sure that the following domains are whitelisted as the GoFan Box Office application accesses them:

• stripe.com
• googleapis.com
• gofan.co
• amazonaws.com
• azurewebsites.net
• bbpos.com

If these steps don't solve the issue, please try using cell data on your device if available. If you continue to have trouble, please submit a Support Request.
