If you are working through HQ and are trying to create a single event or edit an existing event and encounter a scenario where the page does not load or is "blank", here are steps that you can take to work past this issue. Please try these steps to help eliminate the blank screen issue.
1. Ensure that any pop-up blockers in Chrome are not blocking HQ or Pendo.io. Pendo is a tool GoFan uses in conjunction with GoFan HQ to share important product updates or tips and tricks with our schools in one easy place.
If changing your pop-up blocker settings does not resolve the issue, please reach out to your school's internal IT Department or Specialist.
2. Please have them verify that the school's Firewall is not blocking Pendo.io
2a. If it is being blocked please have them unblock it.
2b. If they are not blocking it please reach back out to us, and we will dive deeper.
3. In the case that your IT department/Specialist has unblocked pendo.io please log out of HQ, log back in, and attempt to create/edit an event.
