How to use Box Office Ticket Management
Schools that use Box Office will now have the ability to add, edit and manage your ticket prices for Box Office in HQ. This feature's power makes managing ticket prices for both GoFan and Box Office seamless in HQ. This is helpful when wanting one price for GoFan tickets and a different price for Box Office tickets. Also, this allows you to create several Box Office ticket types for each event.
Managing your Box Office ticket
Navigate to the Ticket types section of your event and toggle on the Box Office ticket toggle.
Once the Box Office toggle is turned on, the ticket name and price will default to the name and price set for the GoFan ticket. You can use the default settings or a custom name and price for your Box office ticket here.
Managing Box Office Ticket types
Schools can now create several Box Office ticket types for each event. This can be done by clicking the Add ticket type button and turning on the Box Office toggle for the new ticket type.
Also, as seen below, you can view how many ticket types you have active for GoFan and Box Office tickets.
Managing Box Office tickets on mobile HQ
Box Office tickets can also be managed on mobile HQ by clicking the Tickets tab of the event.
