Complimentary reserved seating allows you to book specific seats for your events and send them to customers free of charge.
From your Dashboard, click on the three-dot menu and select the Reserved Seating option for the event you want to comp seats for.
The Reserved seating page will allow you to comp seats from two views: the Seat view or the List view.
The Seat view will help you visualize the seats you want to choose. Select any available seat(s) from this view and click Book or Book All. You will then be prompted to enter the customer information you want to comp the seats to.
The List view will allow you to scroll through the seat in list form. In this view, you can also select multiple seats and book them all at once, similar to the Seat view. Once booked, you will see the seat status changed to Booked in the Seat status column.
