Getting Started with Reserved Seating

GoFan's Reserved Seating product allows you to sell assigned seats to your athletic, performing arts, or special events. With Reserved Seating, you can sell assigned seats to single events and season tickets or manage your season ticket holder renewal campaign.

The GoFan team will create a custom digital venue that looks and feels like your actual venue or stadium. Then, you can allow fans or patrons to select and purchase their exact seat location. You can offer different sections and price points for each event.

As an event administrator, you can block seats from sale, issue complimentary seats, or move purchasers to different seating locations.

 

Ready to get started?

Step 1 - Complete our Reserved Seating Form to tell us about your venue and important dates. Please include as much information as possible here. Once we have this information, we'll start creating your seating map. We will send you an initial proof to review in 5-7 business days or less.

Step 2 – While we are building your seating map, and it is only being attached to single events, we would encourage you to go ahead and build those events in GoFan HQ. If the map needs to be connected to a season of events, please approve it before season creation. 

Once your team approves the seating map, we will sync it with your school's GoFan account. This process will allow you to set up reserved seating events in GoFanHQ. Please look at the Reserved Seating Ticket Management article for more information on using reserved seating for youre events. 

Our reserved seating team will contact you during the venue creation process, but if you have any initial questions before completing the reserved seating form, please submit a request to our School Support team.
