Set An Overall Ticket Capacity For An Event In Mobile HQ

Follow these steps if you have capacity limitations and need to set a limit on the total number of tickets available.

From the home page, click on Today’s Events or All Events, depending on when your event is.

Scroll or search for the event you want to edit and click Edit.

Scroll down to Event Information and enter the ticket limit under Total Tickets for this event.

Once the number has been entered, click Update, and you will see a message confirming the change.
