Box Office - My iPad/Card Reader Won't Charge

If your iPad or card reader isn't charging, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  • Try another Apple charging cable for the Box Office Devices
  • Only use the charging cable that came with the Card Reader
  • Attempt to charge devices in another outlet
  • If the iPad isn't holding a charge, confirm the brightness is turned down within the iPad Settings
  • If another device is needed, please navigate to our Shopify page.
