Please follow the steps below:
- Close out Box Office app and reopen.
If this does not solve the issue
- Switch from WiFi/LTE.
- Go to Settings > Look for WiFi > Click on the toggle that turns this off. This will convert to LTE.
If this does not solve the issue
- Restart the iPad.
If these steps don't solve the issue, please submit a Support Request.
Please provide the iPad Serial number on the device that is not working. This can be found on your iPad under Settings > General > About Section. Right under the model number will be the serial number. Our support team will also need to know if this is a GoFan issued iPad or one that the school has provided. This will help our Support Team troubleshoot the issue.
