The Financial Settings in GoFan HQ determine how you will be paid for your events. To access these settings, navigate to Accounts from the left-hand menu of GoFan HQ (select Edit for the Account you need to update). From the Accounts Page, select Edit on the Financial section at the bottom left-hand-side of the page. GoFan supports two options for payment:
- ACH / Direct Deposit - this is the fastest and most secure option for having funds deposited directly to the bank account for your organization. Please prepare your bank details, including your 9-digit routing and account numbers. GoFan can only deposit funds in a push fashion; we cannot withdraw for reference.
*Please reference a check for your account details and not a deposit slip
- *Financial settings can only be viewed and edited by the financial contact for your account.
First, please visit GoFan.co and set up an account and password using your school email address.
Then go to GoFan HQ and enter your email address and password - use the same password you use on GoFan.co.
Once you are logged in:
*Go to the 'hamburger' in the upper left corner of the screen and click on it.
*Go to Accounts
*This is where you see your Contacts and Finance information
*For first-time setup, please enter your bank account information using a check. Please click on the icon in the corner to display the account information.
Please press the eye icon highlighted in yellow below before typing into each banking field.
- Check - If ACH is not yet set up, a paper check will be mailed to the address defined in your account settings Accounts > Address.
ACH details and payment preferences cannot be changed after the initial setup. Please contact our Finance Team to make changes by emailing finsupport@gofan.co.
