You can manage the ticket availability in HQ to manage the total capacity for your event. Follow the steps below when editing your event.
1. Click on Edit event tickets.
2. Under ticket availability, click on Total tickets available for this event.
3. Type in the total number of tickets that you want available for the event.
4. Click on Publish in the bottom right-hand corner to save any changes.
Change the option for Total tickets available for this event as necessary. If you defined capacity by ticket type, you can then alter the capacity per ticket type as well on this same page.
Once this capacity is reached, ticket sales will automatically shut off, and the event will show as Sold Out.
