Follow the steps below to activate tickets for your event if you see the error message below when tickets should be available for sale. Error message: "There are no tickets at this time. Check back soon."
Steps to Resolve
1. Visit GoFan HQ
2. Select the event that needs to be updated. You can click on the event name on the event list.
3. Check to see if the event tickets have a hidden link.
4. If yes, select Edit event ticket and toggle off the Create hidden link.
5. Select Publish at the bottom of the page.
6. Refresh the event page on GoFan.co. The ticket option(s) should now be displaying as expected.
Steps to Resolve if the sales window is set
1. Visit GoFan HQ
2. Select the event that needs to be updated. You can click on the event name on the event list.
3. Check to see if the event tickets have a sales window under the optional settings.
4. Update the “sales begin” box
5. Select Publish at the bottom of the page.
6. Refresh the event page on GoFan.co. The ticket option(s) should now be displaying as expected.
