Blocking reserved seating seats will keep your fans from purchasing seats you would like to use for something else. You can use this feature to take cash sales in person and avoid double booking.
Follow The Steps Below To Block Seats On Your Reserved Event:
Find the Reserved Seating event in GoFanHQ on your main Dashboard, click three dots next to the event, and Select Reserved Seating.
Select the seat(s) that need to be blocked from the Seat View. Click Block for 1 seat or Block All for multiple seats.
Click Save to finalize blocking your seat(s). Once blocked, the seats will no longer be available to be purchased on GoFan.co or on the GoFan app.
