Submitting an Individual Fan Refund Request - SCHOOL AUTHORIZED STAFF ONLY

Below are instructions on how to submit an individual Fan Refund Request. You can also watch our tutorial for this process HERE.

From your GoFanHQ dashboard - Select the three dots to the right of the event where you wish to submit a refund. Then, click Manage Attendees.


 

Once you have identified the purchase you wish to have refunded, select the three dots on the far right and click Refund from the dropdown.

Fill out the required information and select the total number of tickets you wish to have refunded, then click Submit

The School Support team will process this refund and send a confirmation once completed.
