How to Contact PlayOn HQ Support

Are you a school looking for help or support with PlayOn HQ?

We’re committed to supporting our customers and want to make sure that you’re set up for success. To help you find answers as soon as possible, we’ve made it easy to search our library of resources here on our PlayOn HQ Support page. We encourage you to start here, as many customers can quickly find exactly what they’re looking for with these articles.

If you still have questions after searching, click the Submit a Request link in the top right corner. We’ll locate the best person to assist and get back to you as soon as we can based on priority.

Even if your request is urgent, please start by submitting a request on the Submit a Request page to ensure the fastest resolution. Be sure to let us know the nature of your problem, your contact details, including email and phone number, and some information about your school and location.

Support directly from PlayOn HQ

Search the Knowledge Base using the HQ Resource Center, where you’ll see a list of suggested articles based on the keywords you enter. If you don't see an answer to your question, contact GoFan support with more details about your issue.

  1. Click the help icon at the lower right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Knowledge Base.
  3. Type your question or issue in the search box, then click the search icon or press Enter on your keyboard. As you type your query, GoFan suggests articles for you.
  4. If the suggested articles don't answer your question, go back and click Need Help?
  5. Select the link to create a support request.
  6. Click Submit a Request at the top of the page.
  7. Enter your email address, subject, and description.
  8. Provide as much detail as you can to help us understand what you need help with.
  9. In the description, please provide us with as much detail as possible to ensure we get you connected with the best resource.
    1. School name, city, and state (or GoFan ID if you have it, ex: GA0123)
    2. Any details you can provide about the nature of your request
    3. The priority of your request
    4. Contact information in case we need to call you
  10. (Optional) If you have a screenshot or file that will help us, click Add file and select the relevant files to attach.
  11. Click Submit.

There’s no charge for the support provided by the PlayOn support team, whether it’s online or over the phone.
