Schools can now create a fundraiser using our campaign light feature. This feature will allow your school customized events to raise funds for your programs. To begin the code creation process, I'd like you to please follow the steps below in HQ.
From your dashboard, select the Create a fundraiser button. On the next page, you will see the fundraiser flow, where you can enter all the information and customize your fundraiser. You will notice that most options are similar to creating other events in HQ.
A notable difference between regular events and fundraisers is the Goal field. This can let everyone know the specific amount you're looking to raise.
Another notable difference is Donation Level. This is used to set predefined amounts that your fans to your program. Also, setting an allotment amount at each level is optional according to your donation needs. If your school uses Box Office, this can be used to take donations as well.
Once all the fields are filled out, you can publish your fundraiser, review the event, and make any necessary adjustments.
