How PlayOn Delivers with Season Ticketing Packages
Schools can create Season Ticket Packages in PlayOn HQ without having to go through the Support team. Season Packages allow your superfans to purchase one ticket for every home game within a season.
In PlayOn HQ, you can:
- Customize the name, price, and color of Season Packages
- Configure Season Packages by ticket type (i.e., Student, Senior, etc.)
- View a list of all the fans who have purchased Season Packages
How to Create Season Tickets
In your PlayOn HQ Dashboard, select Create a Season.
Select the sport(s) you would like to create a season(s) for and then click Continue.
Next, select which school the season is for, and which school will receive the finances.
Select I’ll create the seasons individually, by manual input or file upload and click Continue again to proceed.
First, you will need to set your Season Type and Venue in order to create ticket prices.
Then, in the Season Tickets box, click on Create a season ticket package.
Fill out the season ticket name and ticket price. If you'd like to create more tickets, click Save and add another ticket, or click on Save and Close to create your ticket.
Once you've set all of your season details, you can click Continue at the bottom-right.
Finally, you can add event details and add more sports or events to your season. When you're ready, click Publish season to create your season!
