Creating a Season Ticket Package

There are two paths to create a season of events. The first is from the dashboard under the Quick Start menu, click "Create a season". You can also view Seasons from the left hand side on your main GoFan Dashboard. From here, you can click on Add Season.

Note: Reserved seating seasons will need to be created by the GoFan team.

 

Manual Season Ticket Package Creation

  1. Select the type of season. For now, this is only available for "Athletic" seasons of events so you can just hit "Continue"
  2. Select the Sport for your season. Each season can only be tied to a single sport.
  3. Choose I'll create the seasons individually, by manual input or by file upload
  4. Continue
  5. Click Manual input and select the number of games in the season
  6. Choose the Gender and Level
  7. Choose the Event Start Time. This can be applied for the majority of the games. If there are some that start at different times, you can edit in Edit Mode
  8. Create a Ticket Type. You may have already set up Default Ticket Types from your Accounts page
  9. Beside the ticket type, click Create a Season Ticket Package if you would like to set one up

  1. Give the Season Ticket Package a Name
  2. Assign the ticket a color if you would like
  3. Set a Season Ticket Price

  1. You can also create a Season Ticket Packages from your GoFan Seasons Page. You would click on Create season ticket package from the chosen Season

Click "Continue"

  1. On the next screen, add Your Opponent by searching for the school. Check the logos, city, state, and zip code to make sure it's the right opponent.
  2. Manipulate the Event Date and Start Time for each event. 
    1. If you miscalculated how many events are in your season, you can add another event at the bottom of the screen or "x" one of the events if you want to remove an event.
    2. The start time will automatically populate for all of the events once the first event has been defined. You can change it by event, as needed.
  3. Click "Publish Season

 

View Season and Update if Needed

  1. After you Publish, you have the opportunity to manipulate settings at a season level or by individual events. 
  2. Click on View Season - This will be in blue in the upper left corner next to the name of the season. You can also view your newly created season, by clicking on Seasons from your GoFan HQ dashboard.

  1. You can edit a specific game within the season by clicking on the opponent. It will turn a darker gray.
  2. Or you can edit the Season-level settings by clicking on Season-level setting in the upper left
  3. When you apply changes to the Season-level, they will apply to all games within the season
  4. ​​​​​​​Here you can update the Ticket Availability, Ticket Price, add a Ticket Type, edit Event type, Event Name, Event Date and time, Venue info, Event Visibility, Gate Opening Time and Buyer Purchase Limit on a game-by-game basis. You can also collect additional information from your purchasers.
  5. Be sure to Update by clicking the button on the bottom right
